Your Humana member ID will remain the same but you should use the new ID card as of January 1, 2027. The new ID cards include information for pharmacy claims on the face of the card under your Humana member number. The 2027 annual medical deductible is changing to $300. This was made to align health benefits across all plans. If you are enrolled in the **Vision Plan**, billing will transition from an annual billing cycle to a monthly billing cycle beginning in January 2027. **Making an Enrollment Change** If you like your current coverage and benefits, **you do not have to take any action**. Your coverage will rollover automatically for the 2027 Plan Year.
